Welcome to Anchored in Academics! My name is Ms. Tifani and I am here to help you and your child navigate the academic world with ease. With over 25 years of experience in education, I offer a variety of services to ensure your student's success.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and am a dual-state certified teacher in Chemistry and Biology in GA; and in Chemistry, Biology, and General Science in PA. I am background checked and have worked with thousands of students over my 25+ year career in secondary and private education from grades 7-12.

Most recently, I taught at Cambridge HS in Milton, GA where I had the privilige of serving my wonderful students and community for 7 years as a Chemistry, Biology, and Anatomy and Physiology teacher working with grades 9-12. I use proven student-centered strategies that will help your child comprehend material and give them a personalized approach; while reaching their full potential, and building a great rapport!

At Anchored, I offer personalized education to students in the safety and comfort of their home. With more than 25 years experience as an educator, both in brick-and-mortar classrooms and online, my aim is to successfully help students get back on track and reach their academic goals!

I specialize in Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy, Literature, and Writing tutoring, as well as overall Academic Success Coaching to help students become successful leaders in their classrooms and communities. I also offer consulting for parents with insight into navigating the school system and acting as a liaison between parents and their students’ teachers.
