What platform do you use for online meetings?​
I use Zoom Business which has great features, is easy to use and makes learning a breeze online.

What should I expect once I book a lesson?

I will send you your meeting link via email the week of and morning of your session. You should plan to be online 5 minutes early and bring all materials that you need to work on for that week (notes, study guides, homework, projects)

What if I need to cancel or am late?
​
I understand that life can get crazy busy some days, but I ask that you kindly give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to switch times or can't make your session unless it is an emergency situation.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation unless there are extenuating circumstances will result in the full session fee being due.

Late for session?
I will wait for 15 minutes online for you and text you to remind you of your session. After that, you will be responsible for full payment for your session.

A "no show" will result in the full price of your session being due immediately or added to your next session fee.

How do I pay for my session?

I accept Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle right now. Payments are expected prior to the session. Thank you in advance!
